America’s Test Kitchen (ATK) is seeking a strategic and collaborative Marketing Director, Streaming & Partnerships to lead marketing strategy and partner engagement across our growing FAST, OTT & digital subscriber ecosystems. This is an externally facing role that will represent the ATK marketing team in key conversations that span business development, sponsorships, brand integrations, viewer engagement & subscriber acquisition initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience at activating partner relationships in the media vertical, inclusive of marketing strategy for streaming channels, video content, programming launches, & branded content. This leader will be responsible for partnership ideation & execution, driving awareness, tune-in, viewership growth, and ultimately revenue through innovative promotions and co-marketing partnerships. They will serve as the connective tissue between the partner and ATK’s content, creative, marketing, distribution and brand partnership teams.

Qualifications & Experience
Salary Range:$95,000-$125,000
The range provided is based on what we reasonably expect to pay for this job as of the time of posting. The actual salary offered will be determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, job-related knowledge, skills, geographical location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
This position is located in our Boston, MA office in the Seaport district. It is the expectation that the person in this role will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) in the office and 2 days per week remotely.
Travel requirement: This role requires occasional travel to partner meetings and industry events
