Client Services Coordinator

Department: Media Sales & Sponsorship
Location: Boston, MA

America's Test Kitchen is seeking a Client Services Coordinator. This role will support the Sponsorship and Sales team in every step of the sales process, from lead generation and creating proposals to closing deals and executing integrated sponsorship campaigns. He/she will serve as a strategic partner for clients, developing and leading plans to maximize their sponsorship benefits, and problem solving and managing issues as they arise. The position requires a driven and organized individual who can proactively manage varied day-to-day activities and communications. Occasional travel and evening work required. This position provides administrative support for the Chief Revenue Officer.



  • Manage onboarding and day-to-day communications /relationships with integrated sponsorship partners
  • Support Sales in uncovering new business opportunities and maturing them into new sponsorships
  • Create integrated sponsorship proposals, including strategy, sponsor benefits, and pricing (Corporate B2B Sales/Marketing)
  • Maintain databases including the master sponsorship sales and food festival tracking sheets
  • Create strategy plus establish timing and costs for various sponsor benefits; communicate cross-departmentally to ensure their successful and timely delivery
  • Approve sponsor promotional efforts and other marketing activities, including but not limited to sponsor public television spots, radio, podcast, and social media, that communicate with our sponsors and America’s Test Kitchen’s customers (Marketing communications)
  • Review and edit written material to be published by sponsors, as needed, to ensure it follows FCC established guidelines for public television sponsors
  • Relay any sponsor (client) issues to CRO as they arise, and identify the information needed to resolve them
  • Create and direct events (internal and external) for sponsors. Work cross departmentally (with editorial, kitchen staff, etc.) to design event programming, develop budgets, secure talent, and produce promotional materials/products for display, sales, and giveaway. Oversee setup and teardown, ensure availability of proper equipment and supplies, book travel, and other event coordination activities. (Event Management)
  • Serve digital ad campaigns, monthly reporting, sponsor placement in e-communication, content collection, social media executions, and relationship management



  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, project management, organizational, analytical, managerial, and communications skills (Account Manager)
  • Regular interaction with multiple internal departments, as well as external sponsors
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, “high change” environment and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • High degree of comfort using Google Slides, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office for Mac (Google Analytics and Google DFP a plus)
  • Creativity and passion for food and cooking is a plus!
